Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing
Your personal data, including your first name, last name and email address, will be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest pursued by the Data Controller, consisting of carrying out marketing activities related to the Controller’s products or services. The legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (the “GDPR”), which permits the processing of data where it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller. The purpose of the data processing is to conduct marketing activities concerning the Controller’s products or services.
